At my core, I am a seeker, a creative soul, a childlike spirit, a dreamer, a non-conformist, a helper, a healer, a nurturer, a teacher, a guide, and an eternal student of life. Ceaselessly questioning and exploring the mysteries of existence through direct observation, perception and experimentation, I am on a lifelong quest to discover the essence of who I am and the miracle that we call life, with an unwavering commitment to contribute something meaningful to the well-being of humanity.
My creative canvas spans diverse interests, from exploring nature and spirituality to self-development, human nature and psychology, coaching, teaching, writing, poetry, storytelling, movement arts, health, nutrition, and more.
But above all, I live as an artist and a creative being in the whole sphere of life, infusing the creative spirit, attitude, and my unique essence into everything I do.

As a Transformational Life Coach, Creativity Coach, and a teacher of the Movement Arts, my purpose remains unwavering. Since 2021, I have been coaching full-time, having the privilege of working with individuals and creatives from diverse walks of life and countries such as India, US, Australia, Italy, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Belarus, and Russia. As I continue to coach individuals from diverse corners of the globe, my mission is to share the wisdom gained from my odyssey, guiding others on their unique paths of profound self-discovery and psycho-physical transformation.
The offerings
I offer 1:1 coaching in life transformation and creativity, as well as individual training in the movement arts, for clients all over the world.
My coaching and teaching practice is informed and inspired by lessons learned and insights from my own journey and transformation, my gifted intuition and perception, a deep understanding and fascination for human nature and psychological aspects, my intensive training in diverse coaching frameworks, the wisdom of nature, explorations of the work of great masters from the past, eastern philosophies, Taoism, a love for life and the creative process, a deep wish to contribute something meaningful to human well being and raising collective human consciousness, and all the wonderful teachers, mentors and people that I feel blessed to have crossed paths with.
My credentials
I have had the privilege of training extensively with Eric Maisel, a world-renowned life coach for creatives, author, psychotherapist, and a pioneer of creativity coaching. Additionally, I have trained extensively under the mentorship of teacher, author, artist and founder of Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching Jill Badonsky, and am a Certified Master Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coach and Muse Group Facilitator.
I have also received training from Leon VanderPol, an internationally recognized leader and teacher in the field of transformational coaching, earning my certification as a Deep Transformational Coach. Furthermore, I have also trained with Stevie Kent, the founder of Mind Shifting, drawing from the pioneering work of renowned clinical psychologist Zivorad Slavinski.
Over the past decade, I have explored diverse movement arts and immersed myself in a psycho-physical movement practice rooted in the Fighting Monkey research, developed by my teachers Jozef Frucek and Linda Kapetanea. This practice transcends mere movement - it's a profound exploration of human development, communication, the art of creative potential, and the poetry of life itself.
Each of these rigorous training experiences, coupled with my own deep personal transformation, inner work, and spiritual evolution over the past two decades, have profoundly shaped my unique coaching and teaching approach, stemming straight from the depths of my heart.
I continue to study both formally and informally with some of the finest teachers, creators, and mentors in the world, applying what I have learnt from them through personal practice, and integrating aspects that appeal to me in my own work and vision.
My journey
My path was forged amidst the intricate landscape of my rich inner world, a journey marked by intense experiences in my formative years. I delved deep into the shadows of human existence, grappling with existential sorrow and enduring the burden of anxiety, shame, and guilt. I navigated through confusion and emptiness, feeling adrift like a boat in a storm and as parched as a well in a desert. Loneliness, frustration, rage, and feeling misunderstood were familiar companions, while disconnection with myself and others plagued my relationships, leading to emotional turmoil. I have swum in the ocean of boredom and the lack of meaning and purpose. I have confronted many dark nights of the soul where the notion of ending it all surfaced. Yet, in reflection, I hold no regrets; these trials, tribulations and challenges were pivotal in guiding me towards a journey of profound inner work, healing, self-discovery, transformation, and spiritual evolution since my mid-twenties.
As the quality of my attention and perception sharpened over the years, I learned to read the book of myself with all its complexity and nuances. Gradually, the darkness of my younger years was naturally washed away, and an overwhelming sense of ease permeated both my inner world and external facets of life. I began to perceive the wholeness and interconnectedness of life, realizing that nothing exists in isolation, and absolutely everything responds to care and attention. Taking responsibility for my growth, I transcended self-imposed barriers, allowing life to unfold effortlessly in myriad dimensions.
In my early thirties, burdened by being grossly overweight and unhealthy, I embarked on a transformative journey, shedding 100 lbs in less than 10 months. This metamorphosis went beyond the physical, symbolizing emotional and psychological rebirth, granting me uninhibited freedom and boundless vitality to embrace life's dance with grace.
Since then, my life has unfolded as a symphony of boundless exploration, experimentation, expression, nourishment, and creative transformation. Guided by the invisible thread of grace, I explored the depths of my own shadow and channeled it into a joyful and creative dance with the universe.
A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Purdue University by education, and a seasoned SAP Logistics and Supply Chain consultant in the US corporate world for several years by profession, I organically walked away from my successful career in my late thirties to wander aimlessly in search of the miraculous. Life was calling me in a certain direction, and I surrendered to this calling as clarity about my life's work and vision for impacting the world began to take shape. Stepping into the unknown, I joyously embraced the path less-traveled, without looking back, in service of my larger vision and purpose.
Through all my years of self-discovery and feeding my inner spirit, I realized that I am a helper, healer, nurturer, connector, and teacher at heart, and my gifts lie in working with people to bring about joy, harmony, balance, clarity and contentment in life.
