The training is broadly organized and composed based around the following creative cycles and elements, and is highly personalized to meet the unique needs, goals, and challenges of each client, within the unique universe and context in which they operate.

Stillness Maps

Stillness practices designed to promote subtle qualities of awareness, observation, listening, sensitivity and perception.

The material is largely drawn from the Fighting Monkey research, which is an applied practice and open platform for human development through movement.
This was founded by my teachers, Linda Kapetanea and Jozef Frucek. Since 2002 Linda and Jozef have been developing the Fighting Monkey practice through a deep study of cross-motion analysis, with the aim of understanding the principles of the human movement, communication and the aging process.
I also aim to additionally share other creative practices, training and principles that may be relevant to an individual's needs and context, based on my own explorations, practice and study of diverse movement arts over the past 10 years.

What it feels like to be restricted in my body,
To stagnate without movement,
To be unfit for life,
Where the body was an obstacle to my dreams.

I want to share,
The beauty of a profound practice with as many as I can,
A creative practice,
That is tangible and relevant to life,
That is rooted in the wisdom of nature,
That dances with evolution and biology,
That supports and nourishes life,
That fosters a profound joy and love for life.
