I started the creativity coaching sessions with Harish because I was at a point where I had lost the joy in my long time studio practice as a visual artist. I needed to find a new approach to be able to continue what I have been doing for so long. I felt that I had changed as a person after experiencing the deaths of three close family members within three years and that this change within me needed a different expression in my artwork.

Harish helped me to see that I was going through a period of transformation and that I needed patience and trust in my work and myself during this time, to find the ability to get back to a playful state and to find a new attitude towards my art process.

After having continued to work with Harish for altogether 10 months, I can conclude that it was wonderful to have him on “my team”. As a visual artist, being a one person business and used to working alone I was looking forward to our monthly sessions, appreciating his input. He helped me to find a focus within the many projects and ideas I had going and we even set time frames for certain projects which I had rarely done before and helped me to be more productive.

I liked how the sessions brought me surprising insights, how they helped me when I was focusing one-sidedly, and how they were structured by questions, conversations, exercises and meditations. Harish sent me very extensive notes on every session which I always found very helpful and even re-reading them after a longer time brought back more insights!

I found the sessions very helpful. Harish‘s enthusiasm is infectious. He is a very attentive and active listener, and a wonderful and generous human being. By taking small steps I am getting back to rekindling the joy in my studio work. I am thankful for having met Harish and for the possibilities modern technology offers us to connect via Zoom from different continents.
