Life coaching with Harish has made a huge impact in my life. I came to our sessions with a myriad of issues, from self-esteem and self-worth problems to jealousy to ponderings of the meaning of life. Harish approached each issue with an intelligence that seemed to come from a higher place. His wisdom and insights were again and again eye opening for me. Whether it was one statement in our conversation that gave me an "ah-ha" moment or a metaphoric tale he told me to bring home a point, I left the sessions each time feeling like I understood myself a little more clearly than I had before. Harish tells me sometimes that he doesn’t plan on what he will say, it just comes to him. But he somehow knows what will help me the most.
Harish always talks about seeing potential in others. This is true. He has an innate ability to see what other people could be instead of, as most of us would, what we currently are. He sees the good things hidden inside us. But not only does he see it, he’s able to pull those qualities out of us in a way that feels like breathing life into us.
He encourages us to follow our truth. To question the status quo. To think about why we are following the path we are on instead of the one we want. To live in a way that brings us joy. To explore within ourselves.
Harish said to me, “pay attention to the moments in life that make you feel alive. This can give you a clue about what to explore, which path to take. Bring consciousness to it. The more attentive you are the more your life will flower.” He lives his life this way. He sees the small moments in life and makes them important. He has helped me to remember to laugh and be silly, and let out my inner child. He has helped me to have a little more compassion for myself than I had before. He told me that his wish for me was for me to be free of the things that were so troubling for me. What I would like him to know is that he was the hand that helped me to stand so that I could start to walk that journey of becoming free.
